If you exceed the user limit of your package, we will notify you and charge for additional users in groups of five. For example, if you have a 100-user account and 103 users join, we will charge for an extra 5 users. If 120 users join, we will charge for an additional 20 users. You will receive a notification and have time to adjust your number of users via the admin dashboard
