Description: If you suffer from muscle and joint pain, like back pain, neck stiffness, carpal tunnel, or even trouble sleeping and migraines then this class is made for you.
I’ll walk you through trigger point therapy, which is useful for treating skeletal muscle immobility and pain. Focusing on myofascial release, our session will relax contracted muscles, improve blood, oxygen, and lymphatic circulation. We’ll also stimulate the stretch reflex in muscles. Interestingly, there are many small muscles that affect your daily life. What’s unique about trigger point therapy is that you can apply it for pain that you’ve had for years. It can help with arthritis, joint pain, headaches, tooth pain, and even the quality of your vision. The class will be adjusted to individual or group needs. I’ll explain the importance and benefits of this therapy, how it works, and where the pain is coming from.
To release the trigger points, we’ll use different sizes of balls. E.g., a golf ball, tennis ball, lacrosse ball, softball, or baseball. We’ll also use a foam roller. Don’t worry if you don’t have some of this equipment, you can always use alternative methods.

If your team is already using the Reaction Club app, booking your activity is simple and fast. Select the activity you want and wait for the vendor to approve the booking.
Once approved, the app will make the activity available to your team. All necessary details, including the Zoom link, will already be included. Your team members will receive a notification inviting them to register for the activity.

Can the session be accessed only from the Reaction Club app or from other devices as well?
Participants are NOT limited to accessing the event through the Reaction Club app. A shareable link will be available on the event page within the app. As an admin, you can also share a link with your team via email. However, please keep in mind that if you share the link via email, automated attendance reports may not function correctly. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to invite employees to access the event through the app for the best experience.
Is there a way to find out how many people went to the session?
Yes, the platform offers automated reports that allow you to view the list of individuals who registered for and attended your event.
Can i open and introduce the session first before the vendor starts?
Certainly! If you have any special requirements, please let us know after booking a session so we can coordinate them with the vendor.
How can I be sure that the vendor will host a successful session for my team?
Prior to adding any vendors to our marketplace, we subject them to a VAT (Vendor Assessment Test) to ensure that their presence will contribute to the success of your business. Our vendor requirements are stringent, and only a small percentage of applications successfully pass through our selection process, which is aimed at maintaining a high-quality service.
